|A fantastic memento of the inspired form that Andy Murray produced to help the Great Britain team win the Davis Cup in Belgium in November 2015. This excellent print features Murray’s massive influence on the final when, on day one, he beat Ruben Bemelmans in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2, 7-5. On day two when he partnered his brother, Jamie, in the doubles, to beat Steve Darcis and David Gofin, 6-4, 4-6, 6-3, 6-2 and, on the final day, when overcoming Gofin, again, in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5, 6-3. In registering all three of the points available to him, Murray the British Number One and World Number Two, accumulated a total of eight points in total to land Great Britain’s first Davis Cup since 1936 and equalled the achievement of most of the world’s best ever players in achieving this honour for their country. This brilliant colour print is a terrific souvenir of his inspiration and illustrates the ecstacy when the tie and the Cup was duly won. Measuring 12” x 8” with a script printed border and framed beautifully, this is a must for all club rooms, personal collection, home or study.
